Welcome to Fleurs On Sunday. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. General

Fleurs On Sunday is a small London-based business creating handmade paper goods including bookmarks, greeting cards, and stickers. All products are made to order in small batches.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.

2. Products

As all items are handmade, slight variations in colour, print placement, and finish may occur. These are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults.

We do our best to display product colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary (for example, due to stock or pricing errors). If this happens, you will be refunded in full.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in your local currency for convenience; however, all transactions are processed and charged in GBP (£)

Payment must be received in full before items are dispatched.

5. Shipping

Processing times may vary as items are handmade to order. Shipping times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 2–3 working days of receiving your order at info@fleursonsunday.com or via Instagram. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
