Refund Policy

All products are handmade to order in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will happily replace it. Please contact us at info@fleursonsunday.com or via Instagram within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. You may be asked to return the damaged item to us to be eligible for a replacement.

If there is any other issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will respond within 24 hours to resolve the matter.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for a refund.
