Order Preparation:
All orders are prepared, packaged, and dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. During the holiday season, our production timeframe may increase to 3 - 5 working days.

We ship worldwide!
Please ensure you provide your full and correct address. If mail is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipping costs. For UAE customers, please provide your PO BOX / phone number.
What is your delivery time frame?
UK Orders:
Orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (2 - 3 working days).
Upgrade options include Royal Mail 1st Class (Express) or Tracked 24 if you need your item sooner!
International Orders:
Standard international deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Standard, aiming for delivery within 14 - 28 working days from dispatch (not tracked).
For tracked packages, upgrade to Royal Mail International Tracked at checkout. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. This service also aims for delivery within 14 - 28 working days from dispatch.
You may see a wide delivery time frame at checkout to account for potential customs delays at border control. However, most orders will arrive within the first half of the estimated window.
Do you offer free shipping?
We provide free shipping for UK orders over £20 and International orders over £40! The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Customs and tax information:
Please be aware that customs duties may apply depending on your country's import rules. Local tax and customs fee may be applied to your order upon receipt. We’re afraid we cannot be held responsible for any local charges once the package has been shipped.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for lost packages due to address errors, and refunds or replacements aren’t available for these cases.
